Sebastian Schaefer
Sebastian Schaefer is a behavioral economist and entrepreneur dedicated to fostering innovation communities and startup ecosystems. He currently leads TechQuartier, having previously headed Goethe University’s Entrepreneurship Center Unibator. Schaefer co-founded the startup-investor network Pitch Club and maintains strong ties with academia through his roles as a lecturer and guest speaker at several prestigious institutions, including Goethe University, Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and the University of Zurich. His academic affiliations extend to the Center for Leadership and Behavior in Organizations and the Frankfurt Laboratory for Experimental Business Research at Goethe University. Schaefer is actively involved in the startup ecosystem as a business angel, advisor, and mentor. He is a frequent speaker and juror at startup events worldwide, contributing his expertise to the global entrepreneurial community.
Vishnu Nagaraj
Vishnu Nagaraj is a multifaceted entrepreneur, innovator, and startup advisor with a global reach. As the Founder CEO of Carve Startup Labs, based in Bangalore and Berlin, he oversees programs across multiple countries. Nagaraj serves as an Executive Member of the German India Innovation Corridor and has represented India at various international startup events. He has been a speaker at conferences in Germany, Austria, and the UAE, and has judged startup competitions in Singapore and Turkey. Nagaraj’s expertise has been recognized through his selection for numerous international delegations and programs, including the Advantage Austria Startup Delegation and the Nasscom Innotrek to Silicon Valley. He has mentored over 20,000 aspiring entrepreneurs through more than 200 startup programs globally and has collaborated with multiple state governments in India to support their startup initiatives. Nagaraj is also a two-time TEDx speaker and has received an innovation grant from the Government of Kerala for his startup, taGDyou.
