Since 2008, Silvia Niediek works for “iMOVE: Training – Made in Germany” at the German Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB). iMOVE is an initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research to support business partnerships between German providers of vocational education and training and interested parties worldwide. Silvia Niediek is Regional Manager for South Asia, South East Asia and North America. She is also in charge of iMOVE’s Press and Public Relations. Silvia Niediek studied English, German and Political Science at the University of Cologne (Germany) and at the University of California, San Diego (U.S.A.). She graduated from university with a Master’s degree. After graduation she worked as a journalist for various print and TV media and as a public relations consultant for private and public institutions.
