Nithyanandan is consider a professional with a blend of entrepreneurial orientation, being in the Governing & Advisory Council of Industry/Trade Bodies & Institutes. He is experience in corporate strategies, innovation and change management, business excellence models and practices, turnaround strategies. As National Secretary and Member, Foundry Development Council and Chairman - Policy Advocacy Committee of Indian Foundry Association he is credited as a spokesperson for the industry. Nithyanandan is a Managing Trustee of a family-managed trust involved in activities such as rendering food, shelter, education and medicare for the under-privileged.
