Keshav is working as a Manager (Research & Advocacy), ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability, South Asia. He has successfully initiated, managed, and implemented several low carbon and climate-resilient development projects in South Asia and South East Asia. He has been instrumental in managing result-oriented relationships with city administrators, national governments, and community representatives to achieve the desired impact.
