Hermann Mühleck is German Chartered Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer), Certified Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) and partner with EY Germany. As part of the assurance team, he is responsible for audits and transactions of German and international clients. From 2008 to 2011 he established the EY German Business Center in Mumbai, India. Hermann is advising his clients on operations and acquisitions in India and supports Indian companies in Germany. Hermann has broad experience in market entry strategies, cross border transactions, due diligence investigations and investment structuring. He is leading and coordinating transaction, advisory and assurance projects in a multinational GAAP environment. He published several studies on Indo-German Collaboration, German investments in India and Indian investments in Germany. Since his secondment to India, he is member of the board and treasurer of DSB International School trust in Mumbai.
