Mohammed Anzy S is the Chief Operating Officer of SAP Labs India, SAP’s largest Research and Development center outside its headquarters in Germany. Anzy overseas business operations across three locations of SAP Labs India-Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad. He has been with SAP for the last 15 years and handled multiple roles across Development, Consulting, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship functions, assisting customers and partners in scaling their businesses through technology and process interventions. Soumitra Bhattacharya has been associated with the Bosch Group for more than 26 years. A Chartered Accountant by profession, over the years he has handled roles as varied as Vice President, Commercial Functions for the Nashik and Jaipur plants of Bosch in India and also served as the General Manager of Robert Bosch GmbH’s Feuerbach Plant, the company’s largest diesel systems manufacturing facility and one of its oldest. He was the CFO of Bosch India from 2011 till 2018 and, since 2016 took over the CEO role. Soumitra continues as the Managing Director of Bosch Limited and the President of Bosch Group in India. As Managing Director of Bosch Limited, he handles a unique role heading the only publicly listed company in the Bosch Group worldwide. A firm believer in collaboration and the importance of teamwork in building innovative, future-ready organizations, Soumitra is currently spearheading a transformative initiative at Bosch India to ensure the organization becomes a leading provider of IoT solutions while leveraging its unrivalled expertise in operational and manufacturing excellence. Matthias Catón

In his role as the Global Head of Cybersecurity Office (CSO) at TÜV SÜD, Sudhir Ethiraj leads the global team of Cybersecurity within TÜV SÜD as an overarching function across the different divisions and international business units. He is responsible for driving TÜV SÜD’s transformation for being a trusted partner in areas of cybersecurity and digital trust business with a focus on developing a comprehensive service offering portfolio and driving TÜV SÜD’s exchange with political and industry bodies. He also leads the topic of strategic partnerships for TÜV SÜD’s Cybersecurity business. Next to his role as the Global Head of CSO, Sudhir also leads TÜV SÜD’s active participation at the Charter of Trust with 18 large industry partners focusing on achieving collaboration in cybersecurity and aimed at being the voice of the industry for cybersecurity. Afschin Gandjour is a medical doctor, health economist, and philosopher. His research focuses on cost-effectiveness analysis, decision modeling, and value-based pricing of pharmaceuticals. Gandjour received an M.D. from Hannover Medical School in Germany, an M.B.A. from Duke University, a Ph.D. in health economics from the University of Cologne in Germany, and an M.A. in philosophy from the University of Düsseldorf in Germany. He held faculty positions at the University of Cologne Medical School, Baylor College of Medicine, and Louisiana State University Pennington. Dr. Christian Garbe has been the Managing Director of the FIZ Frankfurt Biotechnology Innovation Center since its founding in 2002. Prof. Roland Koch has been Professor of Management Practice in Regulated Environments at Frankfurt School since November 2017; he also works as a lawyer in his own law firm. He was Prime Minister of the state of Hesse from 1999 to 2010, chairman of the Hessian CDU between 1998 and 2010 and deputy federal chairman of the CDU between 2006 and 2010. Indranil Mukherjee has been the Managing Director of B. Braun Medical (India), Ahlcon Parenterals (India), and Oyster Medisafe since 2017. Mr. Mukherjee is a dedicated and accomplished leader with a great depth of sales and marketing and business development experience at the global, regional, and local levels for more than two decades in the healthcare industry. Prof. Amrita Narlikar is the President of the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) and Professor of International Relations. She also is an Honorary Fellow of Darwin College (University of Cambridge), a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF), and Distinguished International Fellow of the Indian Association of International Studies (IAIS). Before moving to Hamburg, she held the position of Reader in International Political Economy at the University of Cambridge. She was also a Senior Research Associate at the Centre for International Studies at Oxford from 2003 to 2014. Prof. Narlikar’s research expertise lies in multilateralism, international negotiation, WTO, and rising powers. Cambridge University Press has published her most recent book: Poverty Narratives in International Trade Negotiations and Beyond, New York: CUP, 2020. Rukmini Parthasarathy

Rukmini Parthasarathy is a Development Banking Professional with expertise in multiple sectors, including microfinance, rural finance, urban infrastructure, and energy. In her over 20 years with the German Development Bank KfW, she has identified, developed, and executed German Development Cooperation programs in India, notably with Financial Institutions. As Deputy Director of the KfW Delhi office, Rukmini supports the Country Director with country strategy planning and portfolio management. She is responsible for coordinating with the Indian Ministry of Finance, the nodal partner for German Financial Cooperation with India. She also functions as the resident economist, providing macroeconomic updates and inputs for the country rating exercise. Rukmini has a master’s degree in economics from the Delhi School of Economics. Before joining KfW, she worked as a business journalist.

He was previously a Partner at Kalaari Capital, a leading early-stage venture capital firm where he backed start-ups across lending, mobile brokerage, credit scoring, food/grocery, and media. Before Kalaari, Bala was part of management teams at two successful analytics start-ups where he ran sales, marketing, and product functions. His last start-up, Amba Research, was acquired by Moody's (NYSE:MCO) in 2013. Bala started his career as a Wall Street analyst covering the software sector in San Francisco. Werner Steinmüller has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Bank Italy Spa since June 2020. Previously, he was the CEO of the APAC region from August 2016 and, in this role, a member of the Management Board of Deutsche Bank, based in Hong Kong. From 2004 to 2016, he led the Global Transaction Banking Division. Focused on payments, trade finance, securities settlement and short-term lending business for corporate clients. From 2009 to 2020, he was also a member of the Group Executive Committee. Professor Stieglitz is the President and Managing Director of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management since 2018. In 2012 he became a full Professor for Strategic Management at Frankfurt School. Three years later he became Head of the business school´s Management Department. In November 2017, he was appointed Vice President of Corporate Development, at which time he also joined Frankfurt School’s Managing Board. His primary research interests are strategic decision-making and organizational adaptation. His research was published in the leading academic journals such as Management Science, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal, among others.

Nina Tauber is in her second year of her Bachelor in Business Administration with the concentration International Management at Frankfurt School. Dr. Amit Telang joined the Indian Foreign Service in 2005. After graduating from Government Medical College, Nagpur, he completed his M.D from the same institution in 2003. He served as a Lecturer before joining the Indian Foreign Service in 2005. He has also served as a Medical Officer in a remote tribal district in Maharashtra that provided him some first-hand experience of different tribes in Central India and an insight into their rich traditions, customs, and culture. After joining foreign service, he worked briefly in the External Publicity Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, dealing with international media liaisons and managing high-level visits. He was posted to Embassy of India, Berlin in 2007 and served there till 2012 as the Head of the Political Wing. During this period, he assisted in launching the India-Germany Inter-governmental Commission, opening a new chapter in Indo-German strategic partnership. He returned to India in 2012 to serve in the Human Resource Department of the Ministry and was part of the team that organized the 4th BRICS Summit in New Delhi and the 9th World Hindi Conference in Johannesburg. In 2014, he was posted as the Head of Economic & Commercial Wing in the Embassy of India, Moscow. During this period, India and Russia finalized some major bilateral investment projects, especially in the Oil & Gas sector and the strengthening of cooperation in transport, IT, customs, space, and vocational education. In 2017, he returned to India and after briefly serving as the Deputy Head of the External Publicity and Public Diplomacy Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, he was assigned the responsibility to serve as Director of the East Asia Division of the Ministry that deals with India’s relations with China, Japan, Mongolia, and the Koreas. In this new role, he was closely associated with India-China boundary negotiations.

S. Ramakrishna (Rama) Velamuri is Professor and Dean of the School of Management, Mahindra University. He was previously Chengwei Ventures Professor of Entrepreneurship at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), on whose faculty he served for nearly 14 years (2007-2021). At CEIBS, he discharged several administrative roles: Chair of the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department, Chair of the Research Committee, Academic Director of the Global Executive MBA, and member of the Executive Committee of the Faculty. He has also been on the faculty of IESE Business School in Spain for four years (2003-2007) and has been a Visiting Professor at the Indian School of Business, the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, Bocconi University, and the International Anti-Corruption Academy Austria.
